Weekly demos and sprint meetings, shared project management tool (Jira, Linear, or GitHub Projects), instant messaging via Slack/Discord, and a monthly progress report. The development process is fully transparent.

You own all of it. On delivery, all source code, documentation, and deployment infrastructure are transferred to you. If preferred, we work directly in your GitHub/GitLab repositories — the code never leaves your control.

We offer both. Fixed price suits projects with a clearly defined scope; time & material on a monthly sprint basis works better for evolving, agile projects. We decide the right model together.
